I am both a Pilates teacher and an advocate for change. Every week, I teach one mat Pilates class in Claremont, donating 100% of the profits to charity.
My classes aim to support participants’ health, foster offline community’s connections, and increase access to mat Pilates in the Northern suburbs.

Please note: All bookings are non-refundable. However, for charity classes, if you are unable to attend after booking, you may transfer your spot to a friend or pay it forward—provided the new participant completes the required medical and information forms prior to the session.





Pilates and burlesque are my two loves in life. Strength to Strut classes will assist you to build the strength needed to enjoy all styles of burlesque – on stage, or at home!
Whether you want to dance on a stage, or simply feel stronger as you move and work, mat Pilates will help you to strengthen, tone, and feel more in control of your body.
Join me for an energizing full body workout that focuses on core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness.
Don’t dance? That’s ok! These classes are still for you! Mat Pilates will make you stronger and more confident with whatever you like to do with your body.
Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, I will guide you through a series of controlled movements on the mat. Together we will improve your posture, build lean muscles, laugh loudly and feel amazing from the inside out.
